If your Thomson box is behaving badly with failed recordings, loss of signal, not locking on satellite, pixellation, sound dropouts, switching into standby or stuck in standby, the chances are that the power supply, hard drive or both are failing.
Steve offers a postal or drop-off/collection service to repair the power supplies and/or upgrade the hard drives for a very reasonable price. He will also transfer all your existing recordings to a brand new Copy+ prepared drive if you require it.
