Hi there

Can anyone please help a virgin Copy + person!!
I have copied the Sky+ files (on to my PC) across to the Image folder as the XTV files.
I now want to copy these back files back to a Sky Hd samsung disk from a second hand unit that I bought!
When a try to see the drive as a destination folder it doesn't see it!!
if I look in the source folder its registers there???
How to I go about this please!!!

Please use Windows Disk Management to delete the partition off the destination disk.
Please make absolutely sure you have the correct disk selected before deleting anything!
The disk will then appear as a destination in the drop down.

P.S. I've moved this post to the support forum as it really isn't a "Feature Request". ;)

I also have had a problem seeing a (new) disk on a PC. The disk could be seen by Windows XP but not by Copy+. I eventually solved the problem by entering the BIOS at boot up time and turning on the relevant SATA disk. I discovered which SATA drive it was by turning on all drives and seeing which drives gave an error message on exiting the BIOS. It was not practical to see any label on the PC motherboard, and who knows where the documentation is now. It is quite impressive that Windows could handle a disk not turned on in the BIOS.
