Formatting a Darwin HDD

If you have a HDD that has been in a Darwin box, is it possible to format it (or something else) so that it could be used in a pre Darwin box, yes i understand that everything will be destroyed by the formatting.

Plug it into your PC:
1. Command Prompt
2. "diskpart"
3. "list disk" and identify which # is assigned to the sky disc
4. Using # identified in part 3 type "select disk #" where # is the # identified
5. "clean"
6. "exit"

The drive is now wiped and usable in anything.
