+Extract not finding any recordings!

Hi,

I have connected my Sky+ HD drive to my PC via internal SATA. I have downloaded the paid version of +extract plus and currently I'm not seeing any recordings.

I haven't yet got my license through but I can see the mini log which states "clear recordings: 0 and encrypted recordindgs: 0".

I have windows 7 and an Amstrad Sky box.

Will I be able to see anything different when I get my licence? If not, any idea what I have to do to be able to see the recordings?

Your help is most appreciated.

Thanks.

UPDATE:

License arrived for +extrat plus but still no joy. A snapshot from the log...

Once it has found the drive, it starts this..

04.12.2011 15:11:29 Processing Darwin

Then it scans through and seemingly recognises the files until these two....

04.12.2011 15:11:33 Object reference not set to an instance of an object.
04.12.2011 15:11:33 Selected disk is unknown Endian format

Then loads of this....

04.12.2011 15:11:33 Directory not found: S4486

Any ideas?

Thanks.

Further Update...

Tried again using version 0.4.1.2 and no success.

Slightly different to previous attempts..... it processes Darwin, identifies recordings, then says "Valid recordings found: 0", "selected disk is unknown endian format".

Please help!

Thanks.
